Membership
How do I cancel?
Open the You tab and tap Manage or cancel subscription. Relaxr opens the place where that membership is managed, either Apple subscriptions or the secure web customer portal. You keep access through the period you already paid for.
I paid before, and Relaxr is asking me to subscribe again
Tap Restore purchases on the account screen, then sign in to Relaxr. App Store purchases remain tied to the Apple Account used to buy them. Relaxr attaches membership access to the signed-in account.
What does a membership include?
Premium access includes every guided session, sleep story, and soundscape. The available purchase options and exact prices are shown before you confirm.
How do refunds work?
Apple reviews refunds for App Store purchases at reportaproblem.apple.com. For a web purchase, send a refund request so we can review the payment connected to your Relaxr account.
Your account
Do I need an account?
Yes. Relaxr requires an account so supported practice data and membership access resolve to the same listener across devices and purchase methods.
How do I sign in?
The account screen appears before the app opens. You can use an email address and password, Apple, or Google. New listeners create their account at the end of the welcome flow.
I forgot my password
Tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen and enter your email. The reset link works once and expires after an hour. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive.
How do I delete my account?
Open You, then My Account, then Delete my account. This removes the Relaxr account, synced practice document, and practice data on the device. Account deletion does not cancel a subscription, so manage that separately first.
Sessions and downloads
Can I listen without a connection?
Yes. Members can keep sessions on the device. Tap the download control on a session, then find saved downloads under You and Downloads.
A session will not load
Sessions stream, so this is often the connection. Tap Try again on the player. If it continues, send a bug report with the session name.
Playback stops when I lock my phone
Relaxr supports background playback and the Lock Screen player. Check whether Low Power Mode or Screen Time is restricting Relaxr. If it continues, send a bug report.
Apple Health
What does Relaxr write to Health?
Mindful Minutes, and only after you turn it on under You and Apple Health. Nothing else is written.
What does Relaxr read from Health?
If you choose Use recent sleep times, Relaxr reads Sleep Analysis on your device to suggest a bedtime and wake time. It does not upload raw sleep records or write sleep records.
What happens to minutes already saved if I turn it off?
Minutes already written stay in the Health app. You can delete them there.
Your data
Where is my practice stored?
Relaxr keeps practice data on your device and syncs supported practice data to a private Firebase document for your account. Downloads, notification settings, and Health settings remain local. See Privacy for details.
Can I get a copy of it?
Yes. Open You, then My Account, then Export my data. Relaxr creates a JSON export.
How do I erase everything?
Open You, then My Account, then Delete all data. Mindful Minutes already in Apple Health remain there.
