These terms are between you and HealthMeter Tech Inc., the operator of Relaxr. By using Relaxr, you agree to them. You must be at least 13 and legally able to agree where you live. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs the licence to the iPhone app. These terms cover the Relaxr service, content, accounts, and purchases.
Relaxr is an iPhone app for meditation, sleep, and rest. You may use it for personal listening. Do not copy, redistribute, resell, publicly perform, or extract its audio or artwork. The sessions, stories, recordings, artwork, and Relaxr name belong to HealthMeter Tech Inc. or the people who licensed them to us.
Relaxr is for rest and general wellbeing. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not therapy or a substitute for it. If you are dealing with a health condition, including anxiety, depression, insomnia, or trauma, please talk to a qualified professional. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line now, not this app.
Do not listen to a session while driving or doing anything else that needs your attention. Many sessions are built to help you fall asleep.
Premium access opens the full library. Relaxr may offer weekly, monthly, or annual auto-renewing subscriptions and a lifetime one-time purchase. The exact product, price, billing period, renewal terms, and any trial are shown before you confirm a purchase.
Apple handles purchases made in the app under the terms of your Apple Account. RevenueCat and the payment provider shown at checkout handle purchases made on the Relaxr website. A subscription renews at the displayed price unless you cancel before the renewal date. If a free trial is offered, it becomes a paid subscription at the displayed price when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
A web purchase is attached to the Relaxr account identified on the personal purchase link and unlocks the same premium membership. It is not an App Store purchase and does not appear in Apple's subscription settings.
Lifetime is a one-time, non-renewing purchase that provides premium access for as long as Relaxr remains available and supported. It does not promise that every individual session will remain in the catalog forever.
In Relaxr, open You, then Manage or cancel subscription. Relaxr opens the place where that membership is managed, either Apple subscriptions or the secure web customer portal. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. If the management link does not work, use Relaxr Support.
Apple issues refunds for App Store purchases, so we cannot process one directly. Ask at reportaproblem.apple.com. For a web purchase, send a refund request. The payment provider's refund terms also apply.
A Relaxr account is required to use the app. It keeps practice data and RevenueCat membership status attached to the same listener across supported devices and purchase methods. App Store purchases also remain tied to the Apple Account used to buy them. Protect your sign-in details and tell us if you think someone else has gained access. You can delete the account and its synced practice document in the app.
We may suspend an account that is being used to break these terms, to pull our audio out of the app, or to harm the service.
The library grows and changes. Sessions are added, and occasionally one is retired, for example when a licence ends. We try not to remove things people rely on, but we cannot promise that any single session stays forever. If we ever end the service entirely, we will say so ahead of time and stop charging you.
Relaxr is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we do not promise a particular result from using it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here takes away consumer rights you have under the law where you live. If a part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without taking away consumer rights you have where you live.
